Accountant/Finance Manager

The Accountant/Finance Manager will work closely with the Executive Director and the Board of Directors to ensure proper financial oversight and reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

Financial Management and Oversight:

  • Manage the day-to-day financial operations of the nonprofit, including accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and budgeting.

  • Create and maintain accurate financial records, including income, expenses, and bank reconciliations.

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for the Executive Director and Board of Directors, detailing the ministry’s financial position.

  • Ensure the proper allocation of funds to programs and initiatives in line with the ministry’s goals.

Budgeting and Financial Planning:

  • Develop and manage the annual budget in collaboration with the Executive Director.
